ABOUT METABOLOMICS NAVIGATOR

A practical map through a fragmented metabolomics tool landscape.

Metabolomics Navigator is an open, community-maintained resource for mass spectrometry-based metabolomics tools, analytical strategies, and workflow guidance.

Find tools. Build context. Connect the workflow.

Tools answer a practical question: What can I use? Navigator brings together software, databases, spectral libraries, repositories, services and workflow platforms, with structured information about what they do, what data they accept, how they are accessed and where they fit.

Analytical Strategies answer a different question: How can I approach the problem? Strategies are deliberately selective. They represent published, transferable methodological ideas that add a distinct experimental, computational or data-integration layer beyond routine use of an existing tool.

The catalogue focuses on mass-spectrometry-based metabolomics. Inclusion is not endorsement, independent benchmarking or a performance ranking.

ASK NAVIGATOR · BETA

From catalogue to functional workflow guidance.

Ask Navigator is being developed to help researchers move from the data they have toward a coherent starting analysis plan. The planned interface will progressively show compatible options and explain why each analytical stage exists.

The current visual preview shows the workflow workspace. Recommendations will be enabled after tool population and relationship review.

It is not a substitute for experimental design, instrument expertise, statistical consultation or method validation.
