Routine workflows belong in Tool capabilities. Read the inclusion policy.
A GitHub account is needed. New-entry forms create structured drafts; update forms open correction issues. Maintainers check required submission information, scope, links and attribution. Tool entries can be published with editorial additions pending, then enriched through later updates. Strategies retain their editorial inclusion requirements. Each tool page links to its original submission when available and a history of committed updates.
Authors, developers and users are welcome. Please disclose any connection to the resource. Developer or author verification is recorded separately from editorial review.

The catalogue contributors listed below have opted in to public attribution for accepted submissions.
