Scope and considerations

Designed for

  • MetaPro is a locally deployed web application for targeted LC-MS analysis, batch inspection and spectral-library curation.

Not designed for

  • General DIA analysis or automatic validation of targeted detections without reviewing the batch evidence.

Important requirements

  • A supported local/server installation with MongoDB/Redis dependencies, AirdPro-converted DDA data and a compound library in the required format; manual lists at least 16 GB RAM.

Considerations

  • The manual restricts the documented workflow to DDA. Check compound-library content, integration and spectrum quality before exporting curated results.

Access and documentation

README restricts this version to academic use and asks commercial users to contact the developers. Local deployment and supporting database/software requirements apply.
