Scope and considerations
Designed for
- QuantyFey is a locally run Shiny application for external-calibration quantification. It supports inspection and adjustment of calibration models and several intensity-drift correction options.
Not designed for
- Chromatographic peak integration from raw files.
Important requirements
- Integrated signals, known-concentration standards and a configured input template.
- Use a documented local R environment, Windows distribution or Linux Apptainer setup.
Considerations
- Correction requires appropriate standards/control information; model selection cannot rescue an unsuitable calibration.
- The README contains platform-dependent installation routes; check the route-specific requirements.
